Just how clueless these guys are.

I noticed not much of Crestcom is up to date. Just like the material they gave me. Like their founder, they're stuck in a time warp. Look at their website. site is 3 years behind. Look at one of the covers of a magazine that they say endorses them - states; "Is Your Business Ready for Y2K?" Just a suggestion spend the money you fleeced me out of on maybe update your company, so that franchisees have a fighting chance.
