Crestcom International worthless franchise

I'm going to keep on until I get my message out. These guys sold me a "franchise." What is the purpose of buying a franchise as opposed to going it alone? Well the franchise is supposed to offer the expertise and success formula. These guys sold me a product in major revision. As far as success, most of their franchises are barely staying afloat. This franchise is all "smoke and mirrors." Please don't continue to take peoples dreams and life savings. Have you no sense of decency?
